Notice To Mare Owners – Foal Registration 2014

Foal registration forms and DNA kits are now being issued for 2014 foals by Horse Sport Ireland’s Registrations unit.

In order to issue forms and DNA kits  Horse Sport Ireland require a valid covering certificate for the 2013 season from the stallion owner.

If you do not receive your foal registration and DNA kit in the coming weeks please contact the stallion owner and request him/her to submit a covering certificate to Horse Sport Ireland immediately.

To avoid delays, backlogs and increased registration fees in the registration of 2014 foals we kindly ask mare owners to register their foals on receipt of their foal registration and DNA kits.

Please ensure that your mare is in your ownership and named in her passport. If your mare has a passport from another studbook please ensure that it is endorsed by Horse Sport Ireland.
