Niall Quirk has been involved with the development of the HSI Coaching Programme since its inception. He regularly delivers courses and has assessed coaches at Level 2 and Level 3. Niall coaches and delivers clinics all over the world and has been an integral part of developing the dressage coaching structure in South Africa. Niall is currently based in the USA where he has numerous successful students at all levels.
