Horse Sport Ireland to host in-person CPD opportunity: Fundamentals of Show Jumping Coaching and Course Design

Horse Sport Ireland (HSI) is delighted to announce that the first in person Continuous Professional Development (CPD) event since the outbreak of COVID-19 will run on the 19th of April of this year.

Presented by Comdt. John Ledingham and Tom Holden this practical event titled ‘Fundamentals of Show Jumping Coaching and Course Design’ is not to be missed.

The event will take place in Ravensdale Equestrian Centre, Co Louth on Tuesday 19th of April from 10am until 3pm. Topics covered on the day will include an introduction to course design, distances and practical coaching demonstrations with riders of various levels.

Delivered by two leading industry experts this event is suitable to coaches of all levels, and bookings are open to all.

Comdt. John Ledingham needs no introduction, the former international show jumper and HSI Level 3 Show Jumping Coach and HSI Coach Developer is one of Ireland’s leading show jumping coaches. Tom Holden is an international course designer as well as being a HSI Level 2 Coach and HSI Coach Developer.

Together these presenters have a wealth of knowledge. This event is set to be highly informative.

Places are limited so early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment. €30 per person, places are on a first come first served basis. 2 CPD points to all HSI Accredited Coaches.
