Ireland has four riders in World Show Jumping Top 50

IN the official Longines World Show Jumping Rankings published today (Friday) Ireland has four riders in the top 50.

Leading the Irish entries in the monthly table is Tipperary’s Denis Lynch in 23rd place, while Olympic Bronze Medallist Cian O’Connor is second-highest in 42nd place.

Another Tipperary native, Shane Breen, is holding 45th place, while Cork’s Shane Sweetnam is in 50th.

Just outside the Top 50, Co. Down’s Conor Swail is now in 53rd position.
Leading the table is Germany’s Christian Ahlmann.

The Longines World Show Jumping rankings measure the performances of over 2,000 international riders each month.
