- 14 July 2014, 16:37
Great Britain’s Tim Gredley and the Irish Sport Horse Unex Omega Star claimed the €80,000 Spangenberg CSI3* Grand Prix yesterday (Sunday). 2014 has been a good year for the pair who also received the Suncast $25,000 leading horse and rider bonus at the FTI Consulting Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington, Florida, a number of months ago.
Irish Sport Horse performed well in Spruce Meadows with Kilkenny born Goodwins Loyalty (ISH) and Ireland’s Kevin Babington winning the ‘Friends of the Meadows Cup’ $33,500 Derby.
