ISH Studbook Young Horse Eventing League Winners Announced

FOLLOWING the final leg of the ISH Studbook Young Horse Eventing League for four, five and six year old horses at Tattersalls this weekend, the League winners have been revealed.

The winners are as follows:

6 YO League winner Derena Super Star (ISH), ridden by Daniel Anderson and owned by Richard Ames, bred by Francis Tubman. Sire: Womanizer (KWPN) Dam: Miss Dallas (ISH) Points: 18

5 YO League winner Tullymurry Fifi (ISH), ridden by Adam Haugh and owned and bred by David O’Connor. Sire: Cappuchino (Holst) Dam: Kearneystown Lass (TB). Points: 30

4 YO League winner Kensington Empire (ISH) ridden by Janine Cairns and owned by David Cairns, bred by Derek Noctor. Sire: Emperor Augustus (USA TB) Dam: Greyfrost (ISH). Points: 16

Rockfall (ISH) ridden by Jonathan Steele, won the six year-old leg at Tattersalls, while Ranga Tanga Roo (ISH), ridden by Frazer Duffy was placed first in the five year-old competition. In the four year-old class, Tullabeg Buzz (ISH) took the honours, ridden by Nicola Ennis.

An awards reception will be held later this year for those riders/owners and breeders whose horses finished at the top in their respective league. They will be invited to attend the awards reception to receive their prizes from the 2019 Series – further details will be announced in the coming weeks.
