Irish eventers compete at 4 star Pau this week

Team Ireland Equestrian will be represented at Pau (FRA) this week, one of only six CCI 4* three day events on the international calendar each year. Action kicks off tomorrow (Thursday) with dressage. The cross-country phase takes place on Saturday and the final showjumping phase on Sunday. Elsewhere in eventing, action takes place at Lexington Virginia (USA).
In showjumping, Irish riders compete at Verona (ITA), Washington DC (USA), Calgary Stampede Park (CAN), St Lo (FRA), Montpellier (FRA), Tryon North Carolina (USA), Mijas (ESP), Oliva Valencia (ESP), Opglabbeek (BEL) and Neumuenster (GER).
This week over 230 entries have been made for almost 80 Irish riders competing in FEI competitions worldwide.
