Pony riders set to compete in Danish Nations Cup

Team Ireland Equestrian’s pony showjumpers travel to Odense (DEN) this weekend, where they will compete in the Pony Nations Cup on Friday at 10.30 GMT. Ireland will also be represented in the 3 star and Young Rider classes at the Danish venues. Ireland’s senior showjumpers will be in action at the sixth leg of the Longines Global Champions Tour at Madrid (ESP), where there will be almost half a million euro on offer for the GTC classes.
Irish riders will fly the flag in the disciplines of showjumping, eventing, dressage, para dressage and endurance this weekend. In total, 47 riders will represent Ireland at 16 shows this weekend in international competition, which take place in 11 different countries and represents 120 individual entries.
